TIM Planning- and Investement Ltd. was founded in 2009 by the the architects Mr. Tibor Magi and Mr. Péter Tóth.

Tibor Magi graduated on the Ybl Miklós Technical College of Civil Engineering in Debrecen/Hungary as a civil engineer, then on the Faculty of Architecture/Department of Industry in Budapest Technical University in 1996. In 1998 he established his own architect offices in Hajdúnánás and in Debrecen as well.

Péter Tóth graduated on the Faculty of Architecture of the Budapest Technical University in 1993. In 2000 he founded his own company dealing with planning, investment management and technical overwiev.

With an ever increasing turnover our company has taken on more and more design work. We have been involved in several large projects as designers, project managers, technical controllers or project coordinators. Our offices are equipped with the latest tools and software. We pay great attention to the development of our tools and we also place great emphasis on the training of our staff.
We offer a comprehensive service that takes you from the idea through planning till the implementation.
